I believe in balance. 

As well as working towards specific fitness goals, I use training methods that give my clients a more rounded level of fitness that serves them in everyday life. We look at body fat, strength, agility, range of movement, motor skills and more. You'll be surprised at how many different ways you can get fit, lose weight and gain strength just by using your own body. I will prepare you for obstacles that come up in your day to day life, whether you're climbing stairs, carrying shoping, moving boxes or even carrying your shopping in boxes up the stairs! Functional training prepares you for the everyday.
