A Workout plan designed around you. My job is to keep you motivated, we've all had those lazy days in the gym and the short-lived health kicks. Working with me is about making a realistic lifestyle change. We'll look at diet, body fat percentage, muscle mass and more. 'Commit to Change' is all about consistently pushing yourself to reach your goals.
Perhaps you prefer to work out with friends. Maybe you have a holiday booked together or have similar fitness goals. Small group personal training is about working in a familiar supportive environment. You will receive much closer attention than you would in a normal fitness class as we keep a close eye on your progress, without losing any of the energy that you and your friends bring whenever you meet up!
